SERIOUSLY is asked as a question, indicating doubt or surprise. And the second question focuses on YOU as the thing to talk about, rather than the more general THAT.NOTES:
Note that THAT is not given a weak form because it is at the end of the sentence (and so we are not rushing to say it in order to say the word(s) after it. Also note that THAT is raised in pitch but YOU is given more emphasis with the extra intonation and making it longer too.
